All orders for physical products (skincare, gift cards, and wellness items) are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive a notification email with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.

If you select Local Pickup at checkout you will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup at our clinic location:
